Palser – Bioenergia and Paletes, Lda, hereinafter referred to as Palser, follows a number of measures concerning the protection of natural persons, as regards the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, in compliance with the national and Community legislation in force, in particular, with Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016.

All the information contained in Plaser’s website, including images, animations, videos, music and text, are property of Palser and, as such, are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights.
The information provided on the website serves exclusively information purposes and cannot be subject to reproduction, distribution, change or transformation, without the prior authorisation of Palser. The access to the website shall not grant to the Users the right or the ownership over the intellectual property for the contents provided.

Palser’s website contains links to national or international third-party websites, whose contents are not the responsibility of Palser.
Palser’s Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites. Therefore, in case you access these external websites, you should consult their Privacy Policies.
Data collection and processing
Palser defends the safeguard of individual, freedoms and guarantees, in all contexts, by assuming a commitment of respect for the private life of the Users of its website, based on compliance with the legislation in force, concerning the protection of personal data.
The personal data provided by the User on the Palser’s website is intended for the exclusive use of Palser group, and shall be processed solely for the purposes for which it is intended, in particular:
- The data provided on the tab “Human Resources” shall be uploaded to the database of job seekers, in order for them to be integrated into recruitments processes of the Palser group;
- The data provided on the tab “Pre-estimate” shall be used for a commercial contact, and shall not be automatically included in the customers’ database, which only happens if the User concludes the purchase;
- The data provided on the tab “Contacts” shall be used to give an answer to the User concerning his/her information request. In case it is an unsolicited job application, the process shall be the same as for “Human Resources”.
The personal data shall be stored for a period of up to 2 years or for a longer period if required by any legal requirements.
Free access to the data shall be granted to the Users, and they can request its portability, update, correction or deletion, by sending a written request together with a certified copy of a valid identification document to Palser – Bioenergia e Paletes, Lda, Rua C, Nº 6 - Zona Industrial da Sertã, Apartado 25, 6101-909 Sertã – Portugal, or by e-mail to seguranca@palser.pt.
Amendments to the Privacy Policy
Palser reserves the right to amend its Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice. The version in force is the one that is published online.
