Palser has its own Quality Management System implemented since September 2000, in accordance with Directive NP EN ISO 9001:2015, for the manufacture and sale of pallets, wood packaging and sawn wood. This fact makes it possible for this company to have a philosophy of continuous improvement of the quality of its processes, products and services, and of its performance as far as safety and environment are concerned. The basic guidelines are oriented to customer satisfaction, with professionalism and ethics, providing them with products and services that meet their needs/demands, fulfilling the applicable regulatory demands.
It meets Safety and Environment requirements. For example, Palser has a modern and efficient bag filters in the vacuum systems of their factories, and their fleet trucks are modern and equipped with less polluting engines. At the same time, and in order to minimize labour accidents, several actions have been taken, such as safety material distribution, employee awareness of the dangers they are exposed to, and others.
